LIBRARY RULES

                                               LIBRARY  POLICY

1.       All the library members must maintain silence while they are in the school library.

2.       Consumption of food in the library is strictly prohibited.

3.       Members must treat all the  books ,other library materials and property as well as every individual with respect  while they are in the library.

4.       Students are not allowed to bring their personal  books inside the library.

5.       Students of classes III to IX can issue one book and classes X to XII two books at a time.

6.       General books are issued for 7 days only.

7.       In case of loss / damage of book  issued ,the members will have to pay the cost of book.

8.       In case a book is to be renewed ,the members must bring the book with them to get the renewal done.

9.       Books are to be returned on or before the due date .

10.   The member is solely responsible for the books borrowed against his/her admission number.

11.   The members must take the library clearance i.e. returning the books and clearing any other library dues towards the end of the session ( when a notice to this effect is sent in the month of January/February).
